We explored the possibility of a room elsewhere but Vinny & I decided that the Days Inn is the best option for now. So that’s where we will meet on the last Monday of the month.
We will likely not meet for regular meetings during the summer or in November or December. However, we discussed the option of a BBQ sometime during the summer and a Christmas party in November.
We will also look at doing another retreat in spring of this year.
We decided for the regular meetings not to have munchies, so we’ll just stick to coffee, tea and water.
We decided on a $10 fee per meeting. Or for those who didn’t want to fuss with that each time, they could pay a $100 membership fee for the year (that would be prorated per quarter for those who join later). The fee for first time guests will be $5.00.
